I stayed in this hotel for 3 days. Everything was good except toilet clening.

the only thing good about the hotel is the location... from there onwards it was completely downhill... i had booked the apartments for my parents who had to come to Chennai for a family function... it was unfortunate that I had to go out of station or otherwise i would not have made the booking at all in this place...

Absolutely pathetic service... there was not a helper also to help them carry the luggage... being old people they found it very difficult to carry them... no one even offered to open the lift door lest carry the bags for them...

I would not recommend this place to anyone unless they dont mind these things and location is the only preference for them

we were a family of 6 and took an apartment which consisted of three bedrroms with dining/drawing and kitchen attached, the apartment was spacious with simple decors and well maintained.Unlike anyother serviced apartments that charge heavily but lack so much from services this had better services promised and delivered.initially there was problem in room service which we were complaining then it was sorted out.The location is fantastic with easy access, and was very close to our medical treatment center.we stayed for almost a month with no hassles watsoever

The first night I checked in I don't think the room had been cleaned prior to the previous customer's stay. The bed was not made properly (which I only realized after the housekeeping came the following day and made the bed) and the bathroom toiletries were used/missing. The room itself is clean (by India standards) and the bathroom is "okay". However, don't plan on a hot shower - the water is only mildly warm during "off-peak" periods (3 am, 3 pm, etc) - otherwise when most people would be showering 6 am - 10 am and 7 pm - 12 am the water is cold. Also, toilet paper is NOT provided - bring your own. Several things in the room were not in working order and were not fixed, despite the front desk being aware of the problem. Two electrical outlets weren't working and the in-room safe wasn't working. The safe did not have batteries in it and when they put batteries in it - the maintenance staff could not get it to work. His response was... "sorry, it's not working". This wouldn't normally have been a big deal to me, except that a fellow traveler had warned me to lock up my valuables - as he had been cleaned out the day before (he suspected housekeeping staff, but it could have been anybody with access to the locked room). He also suggested staying in the room to watch your belongings during room cleaning.

The hotel also comes with a mutual living room/sitting area with couches and a TV. However, they will NOT turn on the A/C in this room - so unless you enjoy sitting in saunas, you probably will not utilize this room. The front desk staff simply stated... "we will not use that A/C, you can only use the A/C in your room". The other guests utilizing the sitting area can also be extremely rude and loud (sitting in the tile-floored room at all hours of the day/night talking VERY loudly - which you can imagine resonates very loudly into the adjoining rooms).

The stay also comes with a complementary breakfast buffet at the restaurant below the hotel. The buffet is ONLY vegetarian, very limited in selection, is not promptly restocked, and they serve the EXACT SAME thing EVERY SINGLE day. For lunch/dinner options, the restaurant is EXTREMELY over-priced and the food is only okay. Bring your OWN toiletries - they provide micro-mini bottles of lotion and shampoo. (There isn't more than a dime-size drop of shampoo in the bottle). If you're on a budget, this hotel is okay. If you can afford to pay a little more, you'd be better off at another hotel.
