This was my first trip to India. A business trip for 2.5 months. A big change for someone who has lived in Texas their whole life and rarely travels outside of the U.S.
There were a few glitches that could be expected with opening and operating a new hotel, but the staff was very attentive in addressing each of them.
Overall, a positive memorable stay.
I had to leave before the second restaurant opened, but the main dining facility was very attentive and overall, the food was very good. A couple more American items would be a good mix (work on that hamburger and you'll score American points!), but I understand that I was in India after all, so I was able to try some new things, and it's all good!
The staff at the Westin was superb, from the wait staff, to the maintenance workers, to the concierge, to hotel management. It was tough being away from my family for so long, but the staff helped soften that with genuine conversation trading stories of varying culture, lifestyle and family backgrounds. I made many friends while I was there and hope to see them again.
Everyone was helpful with travel and shopping tips.
I would name names, but don't want to leave anyone out.
Hope to see yall soon!
