This place has got quite famous recently and this has let the restaurant to go down with out proper management.
It was really noisy when we went there, I had planned for a nice dinner with my wife on a public holiday and almost everything went bad.
The only good thing was that we got seated immediately as we were only two people.
We gave our order after going through completely.
I ordered a Starter and a Soup, which took 25 mins flat, i really had no idea what took them so long for just the starter and soup.
And worst of all it was served bad like starter first another 10 mins past for the soup to arrive.
Their Washroom area was really clumpsy and dirty
After ordering for the soup i ordered just their Heaven Veg Biriyani and a Noodles with a Paneer Gravy, his took another 30 mins to arrive.
The family, which was seated near us, ate the starters and soups and paid the bill and left the restaurant for the same reason.
The place was really crowded and badly managed and the noise was like a market and i was really disappointed because of this.
Food was good, but because of all the draw backs, iam having to reduce 3 stars for spoiling my evening with my wife,(we really wanted to their desserts but just because of sheer waste of time we left with out ordering them)
Advices to management:
Both reduce the number of Tables and start having proper reservations before hand.
Or increase the staff; your restaurant is seriously getting some bad names for this
Have a guy to clean the wash area atleast once half an hour
