Taj Connemara is very well located and central. Not too far from the train station or Airport. The room we got was wonderful and was overlooking the pool on the ground floor. Room was nice and comfortable and spacious. So was the bathroom and had a tub and a shower. Service was overall good at the hotel. Distill (the bar) is indeed a nice place to hangout and enjoy a drink or two with friends with good music.

Lovely colonial property in the heart of Chennai, right in the city CBD. Well connected to all nodal points of the city. Pleasant staff and excellent service. One of the best hotels in Chennai for its choice of food. The Rain Tree is a super hit.
