We had the pleasure of staying at cosy home during December . We would recommend this place to everyone looking for a stay in Jaipur . The owner Mr. Tikku is a very caring and friendly person . We have young children and he went out of his way to make our stay comfortable . The meals were home cooked and delicious ( no oily stuff like hotel food ).We would definitely be staying at cosy home again.

I stayed at Cosy Home for a few days this past July and I must say that it was one of my favorite places to stay the entire trip. It is located on a quiet street and is exceptionally clean. The owner, Mr. Tikku, goes out of his way to make sure you feel at home and any need you have is met. And to top it off, he is a very nice, friendly person. The food is delicious and the internet is wireless! I would definitely stay here again and I recommend that you stay there too. :)

I really loved this homestay for many reasons. First, the owner Mahesh was very friendly and welcoming. Our flight was delayed and we arrived very late but he was more than happy to come out onto the street to recieve us. Right as we arrived he offered to organize our sightseeing and transportation for the next day, and he did a great job of that. We were only in Jaipur for one full day and two nights so it was important that we saw all the major sites and he arranged that for us.

Our room was in a suite seperate from the home and it was very clean and quiet - no horns honking at night! The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was clean and had hot water. Breakfast and dinner are options for a small price (around 200Rs) and we had both and they were very good, well worth it. We also had our laundry done and used internet, all for a fee.

We had planned to leave Jaipur by rail but all of the trains were affected by a strike as well as the holidays so we couldn't book tickets. He arranged for a driver for us for the remainder of our journey to Jodhpur, Udaipur and Jaisalmer, for an amazing price.

We travelled in India for a month so we stayed in a variety of hotels and homestays and this one was hands down the best value and most comfortable rooms. But what really impressed my husband and I was the service and hospitality that he offered to us. I highly recommend it!

This place is close to the Jaipur Railway station and closer to the walled city of Jaipur. The Owner Mr. Tikku is an amicable person with an humble and modest attitude. He is accommodating and understanding. He has a good collection of rooms, but i understand that families cannot be accommodated in all of the rooms because some of the rooms are small with even smaller bathrooms. Their whole family is very decent and cultured. They get along really soon and well. The food is good and will be served according to your palate, if you request.
Mr. Tikku has a wide collection of vintage furnitures in all of his rooms. The rooms are cosy and has minimal furnishings. Mr. Tikku has lived in Jaipur for quite long, so he knows the vicinity. He can guide you to sightsee or dine or shop.
Make sure you speak with Mr. Tikku about the size of your family, your comfort needs before you go there. He gets a lot of reservation from many places, so your reservation might not get that extra importance until your travel company or you give that extra push for that extra mile.
In all, it was worthy staying in jaipur as a budget traveller, know the culture, enjoy the home made food and yet not missing out on anything

We enjoyed staying twice for two nights with our 2 daughters, in september-october 2010 at Cosy Home.
A lovely place with a garden where you can rest and have drinks.
Very centrally located in a quiet residential area, 20mn walk from old city of Jaipur, or a few minutes by tuk tuk.
The owner, Mr Tikku, is a very friendly gentleman, always taking care of our every needs, giving us advices about what to do and see.
Nice rooms, very clean, with tv and bathrooms. You can order delicious home cooked meals, prepared by Mr Tikku's wife and one of his daughters.
A very discreet, helpful and friendly staff.
You definitely feel at home at Cosy Home, thanks to Mr Tikku, his family and staff.
We definitely recommend this place.

Dear Mr Mahesh & Family

I take this opportunity to THANK ALL MEMBERS of the Tikku family for the excellent hospitality and wonderful atmosphere we enjoyed during our short and sweet stay at COSY HOME.

The name COSY HOME lives up to its name truly in all respects. During our stay from 15th July to 17th July our entire group of 18 people enjoyed every moment of the stay and our 1st experience of Jaipur has become memorable for us.

The ambience , food and cordial welcome was more than overwhelming. We had never planned to have all our meals there and were going to try some restaurants but our 1st dinner at home changed our minds completely. The family takes painstaking efforts to give real home cooked food that is far better than “ eating out”.

The entire arrangements including transport , guidance on places to visit and even the extra effort to get us a refund for railway tickets which we could not use is worth mentioning.

THANK YOU once again from all members of family.

Look forward to be some assistance to you’ll in future.

Best regards

Yusuf Khalil

My mum and I had a brilliant time staying at cosy Home. The owner is the perfect host, even giving us a tour of the town himself! The food is home cooked and delicious, the home quiet and relaxing with lovely garden, yet very centrally located. We could not have had a better time!
