“Nice Stay”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 17, 2013

Nice hotel, near by Airport. Hotel has nice and clear room. Option of breakfast is also good. Hotel check-in time is 2:00 PM, but we requested for early check-in and hotel accepted our request and they allowed us to check-in at 8:30 AM without any additional cost. Hotel staff are excellent in providing service.

This is a relatively new property by the Radisson Group. Location is little bit off the Main Jaipur Tourist areas and makes a perfect place for visitors who wish to avoid the hustle bustle and rush. Had a brief one night stay at this hotel. The service is very good and also the restaurant. Tried the traditional Laal Maas for dinner. It was delicious. Morning Buffet Breakfast was as per international standards. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Stayed in the hotel on my long weekend trip from 9-11th Aug. The hotel location is pretty good as its right on the main road and near to airport. It is also only a short distance from World trade shopping complex which I think was very good. The hotel is very much modern and so are its rooms as its a newly built hotel. The rooms are of good size with all the elec gadgets. Hotel is very clean as well. The hotel has a rooftop swimming pool, though we dint used it but the view from top was v good. We had dinner buffet and breakfast at the hotel only. The breakfast menu had a good variety and good taste.
The only think we did not like during our stay was the service. There was no co-ordination among any of the staff members at the front desk. We requested for our complimentary wine and they said the same would be there in our room within 5 mins. I had to call them atleast thrice to remind them of the same and finally after waiting for 45 mins we cancelled that. Next morning at 11 am the guy knocks and says sir here is the wine you ordered. At 11 am, you serious?, at which we laughed and told the guy to check with the staff that we had cancelled the same. Lastly since it was raining all throughout the weekend our car was all dirty so we did request for a car wash at the front desk to which they replied it is complementary. While I was about to leave the staff member knocks at my window and says sir we washed your car so there is a charge of Rs 100 as there were lots of cars to be washed. It's all about the ethics, if there was a charge you should have told us up front.
The hotel is good only the service needs improvement. But overall a good stay, I do would recommend the hotel to others. To the managers here notch up your staff so that these lil things are not repeated.

We have recently visited the hotel for the night stay.
The experience is satisfactory.
Its worth spending the money at this property.
The location of the hotel is not difficult to reach.
On reaching the hospitality shown by the staff makes u feel comfortable.
Room quality is at par.
It was raining the whole day we had been here.
Hence we decided to stay in the hotel instead of moving outside in the rain and the mud.
The Roof top swimmining pool and the Jym helped us to spend the quality time.
The food in the restaurant is Very tasty. The variety they offer is pleasing.

Over all its a excellent hotel to stay & enjoy.

Room Tip: Room with the window facing the hotel entrance

I stayed for 4 days at this lovely hotel and found it to be wonderful hotel to stay for the money that you pay. This hotel had a great and very efficient, friendly and helpful staff.

The room that I got was facing the road side and overlooked to a far away distance that gave me a real openess to my stay - Great rooms.

The best part was the open bathroom which gave the pleasure of seeing outside while have a good bath or a shower. It had geat linen and the toliteries was was wonderful !!!! Unlimited wifi access in the hotel. Restaurant food satisfactory. Breakfast speared was great and many options.

What was not liked by me is the room service one day it took almost two and 1/2 hrs to get one dal and rice for me. There was no one at the restaurant or at the One Touch Guest call, to inform what happen. the next day I found out that the night shift staff forget about my order and missed informing the kitchen. I was offered the dinner as complimentary since they delayed the food, but the worst part was that when I asked someone to clear the tray, no one came until one hr and finally I had to keep the tray outside only to find by 8:30 am next morning that the tray was not picked up by anyone.

I complained about it to the reception and to the restaurant desk and had my breakfast to find out that the try was still lying outside. That was very disappoinment and not a Radisonn Blu service. I normaly stay at Radisson Blu and did not experience such bad service.

Room Tip: A road facing room and on a top floor is ideal. Do not take a room very next to a lift. You will hav...

I landed in this hotel after a very exhaustive day and was not feeling well. The treatment offered by the hotel staff was beyond expectations and was as if I am surrounded by so many well wishers.

The room was spectacularly clean and well furnished and the view from the bathroom was great (of course of my own room) with full transparent window.

4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 5, 2013

Stayed for 2 nights starting 2nd August. Got excellent rates from a travel portal. The hotel is small compared ot its rating of a 5 star property. Had called in a day prior to arrival and asked for a road facing room and was happy to get the same. The room was spacious and very clean..just like with all new properties. The pool was clean and the location excellent being at the terrace. Here are a couple of observations:-
The bathroom had a problem with water logging..there are no shower cubicle and the water from the shower spreads to the other side of the bathroom. One of the marble slabs of the bathtub was portruding out and can be a safety hazard. The In Room Dining service was excellent and prompt however there was much delay in the take away service post the meals. I had to call a minimum of 3 times on the 1 touch service before the plates were taken away. The 1 touch service overall was good with there supplies of tea/coffee sachets as and when required and a late check out oprion available.
The overall breakfast spread as just average comparable to a 3 star property but definitely not 5 star. Me and family had ordered for Eggs and the person at the eggs counter Anil (serving the egg counter on 4th August) was terrible. I had to remind him a couple of times and even the server in the restaurant remined him and still the eggs were not be seen. He was busy taking orders as per his choice. This totally was not a service i would want...very dissapointing. I guess employees like him spoil the overall experience of the hotel.
Also the hotel needs to add more choice to their menu at the MarketPlace coffee shop. Its very limited with hardly any choice for oriental cuisine.
