“Coming home to an oasis”

It was amazing to me to enter the tranquil gardens of the Royal Heritage Haveli, a hotel located in the midst of the busy streets of Jaipur. The hospitality was heartwarming, the rooms were charming and the entire ambiance of the place is something to treasure. We enjoyed our brief stay in this hotel. I can highly recommend this hotel

The Heritage Haveli is a beautiful property, well-maintained and very quiet due to it's location outside the city. We stayed in a suite, which has a sitting area, bedroom and large bathroom with a open-concept shower. Our room opened onto the outdoor patio area with seating, which we enjoyed very much.

When we arrived my husband was suffering from a case of food poisoning and the staff at Heritage Haveli took wonderful care of us. They stocked our mini-bar with complimentary Sprite (requested by my husband). When I had to eat dinner alone they brought me several dishes that they insisted I try, and refused to let me pay for anything that I ate or drank that day. Everyone was warm and welcoming, and we had a wonderful stay despite the illness.

Although the hotel is a bit outside the city, we would definitely recommend it!

This beautifully restored haveli is a great choice for those looking for warm, personalized attention and a relaxing stay in Jaipur. I arrived in the evening and enjoyed a nice dinner on the lovely terrace serenaded by tabla music. Since it was Diwali, fireworks lit up the sky for a very memorable evening. All of the staff is very attentive and welcoming. The owner/manager is particularly gracious and helped me plan my sightseeing. I took advantage of a hotel car to get around since the haveli is a little distance from the Old City and other attractions. I had the opportunity to stay in a regular room and a suite. Both were elegantly decorated with antiques and rich appointments. Rooms in this boutique property also include niceties like free WiFi, an electric tea kettle and a refrigerator. While I also stayed in big 5 star hotels in India, this was overall my favorite hotel. I wish I had been able to visit longer than three nights!

We stayed at this haveli for three nights. This property has been very well restored and all the public areas were very good. We were made to feel very welcome by the owner and all of his staff. Our room was excellent, old and tasteful furniture abounded, it made you quite special. The food was excellent-the dining area being on a roof terrace. This area was very tastefully lit, a romantic setting with fairy lights in a large tree, bats fluttering around the tree and musicians discreetly playing. The owner was up early on the day we left to say goodbye. We would recommend this hotel to anyone staing in Jaipur

We honestly did not expect such a nice little hotel in the middle of Jaipur (once we got there)!

Stay there was great, because:

- noise and hectic of the city is left behind a big wall
- hotel itself is a little palace with only a few large rooms, pool, terrace and breakfast room
- reallly delicious food served there
- management does outmost to make it a good stay, staff is a role model for advertence
- owner & his family really cares about hotel and guests.

The three dogs must be mentioned...

One advise: If the cabdriver does not know the way, call the hotel - staff will explain how to get there

This small hotel gives the warmest welcome that you will receive in India. The owner/manager takes a personal pride in ensuring that all the guests are comfortable and nothing is too much trouble for him. We had problems with our ongoing flights ( are Kingfisher airlines going bust?) and he sorted our transport with the minimum of fuss. The hotel rooms are stunning particularly the blue room and the food is excellent. After the bustle of Jaipur this ex-royal hunting lodge is like a sanctuary and relaxing in the courtyard in the evening listening to local musicians was magical.

I spent 8 nights in this hotel, I stayed in the suit which was realy like being in a dream, however all the rooms in this hotel are beutiful and in good size, service in this hotel is exceptional. the staf and especialy the hotel manager will do everything to please you, they are very atentive, helpful and kind,
For this price you will not find anything remotely as good as this hotel , in Jaipur.
some of The comon parts are going through removation, it does not realy disturb as they realy work quitly, but not all the common parts look in top condition, and so is the pool.
The pool area is beutiful but water are on the green side, I very much hope that once renovation is over they will take greater care of the pool, and will add some final touches and decorations to the comon parts.

I very much recomend this hotel, and would defenetly go buck.

Room Tip: All the rooms are very nice, but if its in your budget the suites are realy speciuos and great.

Dear Sir,
Thank you for the review. It was a pleasure having you with us. Reg the pool, may I say, it is the yellow stone on the borders inside the pool which may it look dark. Should you look in the centre where the white marble is, you will see the clarity of the water. Nevertheless, we will take your advise and do accordingly. Best wishes. Pradip Singh
