“Perfect place”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 27, 2013

This place was very good. The crew and the boss, Naim, were absolutly nice and helpful. The hotel has a beautiful roof top, very well decorated. The room we had was very beautiful, clean, with hot water even if we didn't use it, with a nice balcony. Try to get front room, overwise you will hear the trains by night because the station is near.
There is an internet access at the reception desk.
A very good place in Jaidpur, very well located, and well managed by friendly people.
In a word, I highly recommend this place!

Rooms from the back are more quite and have small balcony.Rooms just under a kitchen are more noisy. There is very hot water 24 hours.Roof restaurant is convinient and have a good system of bells on a table so you dont have to wait when you are ready, rooftop could do with bit more care..Desk staff and the rest of personel is pleasant and helpfull without being pushy with oferring services. The owner adds a personal touch and make you feel welcome.we came back after finishing our tour of Rajastan and it was realy pleasant to get back there.

Hi,

I have stayed for approx 3 days in this hotel. And I must say, it was a very clean and very nice hotel. At first sight, the hotel looks a beauty and when going inside a very nice guy of the reception helped us (hospitality is a big deal). The hotel looked very small at first sight, but thank God your room is bigger when you go upstairs to your room. Uhm, me and my friend had a very nice stay-over in this hotel. It was very clean and very colourful. I hope it stays this way, cause hotel looked brand-new. I just don't hope it will develope in a negative way like the other hotels, but I give this hotel a 70 out of 100. It was not that expensive either. Could definitely consider a second stay-over, but why to eat twice from the same plate when there is much more to offer. Hehehe. Anyway, hope this helps ya.

I stayed at the moonlight palace hotel by chance and so far it has easily been my favourite hotel in India! The staff were very friendly and could not wait to help. The restaraunt had excellent views of the city and good food to match. The rooms were spotless, cool, fresh with hot running water and wifi. And the front desk were eager to help at any opportunity.

I would highly recommend this to any type of traveller as great value and environment. I could have happily stayed here for the rest of my trip.

Avoid contact with front desk staff at all costs. Everything is twice as hard as it should be. He will try and get you to use 'his guys' no matter what. I was able to call a taxi driver I liked, after interrogation and trying to sell his people.

Shared bathroom was smelly and dirty. The rest of the hotel seemed nice though. If you're not going for the budget option here, it'll be a way better stay.

Restaurant is not too expensive and good food with good staff.

Location is far from everything and you need a rickshaw to get anywhere.
