We sought this place out based on a lot of good TA reviews from Indian customers about the quality and value of the food here, and we weren't disappointed. The dining room is simple but cozy, and the bathrooms are clean. You order a la carte at the register, where sample dishes are laid out so you can see them before you eat. Beware to those of you with eyes bigger than your stomachs, though! It's so affordably priced that it's easy to get more than you can eat! We particularly enjoyed the lassis and parathas. Then we stopped off at the hotel giftshop next door and saw how badly we'd been ripped off at the "outlet" craft guild that charged us 10x more, but that's another story... Check out Chitra. It's worth going out of your way.
