Very nice hotel with a good roof top pool, pool is small but view form here is really awesome.
overall ambiance of the hotel is very good, rooms are done well,I didn't like the food quality very much ,overall very good hotel with good services.

Room Tip: corner rooms have poor A/C effectiveness.

I am not going to book a Hotel on the basis of Cleartrip.com because I chose this Hotel as Cleartrip gave it 4 Stars and it was like a 2 Star Hotel.
I was travelling Solo for Business and it freaked me out to the point i checked out and had a flight and had to wait for 20 mins and left without collecting my bill as the payment i made was online. Bad Breakfast spread, no latch in the room to close the door, a night mare for a woman, curtains torn
Few toiletries. Except for a quick check in, nothing else was remarkable. And i am disappointed as a colleague did mention its not a 4 Star before i checked in, but i brushed it aside saying `I checked on.cleartrip` Sad!

Booked through a 9 day package tour of India through Caper India Tours, I had the good fortune to be placed in this hotel. The only issue I had was the security box. It stated that there was a lock box in the room, but was advised that the standard rooms did not have them, only upgraded rooms. I had to pay $10 per day more for that room.

Advantages:
1- Rooms: Clean, new, cold a/c, good TV channels, very comfortable bed, clean bathrooms. Upgraded rooms had really nice marble bathrooms. Nicely appointed and decorated. Comfortable. Kudos to the decorator.
2- Dining Areas: New, clean, nice and pleasant.
3- Bar: small, cold a/c, attentive staff
4.- Staff: Attentive

Disadvantages:
1- Computer Room: none, had to use their office staff computers, as there wasn't a designated area set up for us.

I would highly recommend this hotel. If ever returned to Jaipur, I would likely return to this hotel. If ever returned to India, I would definitely deal with Caper India Tours. Contact Mumtaz Khan. Very communicative. Great price for a 9 day tour: Amritsar, New Delhi, Jaipur and Agra for less than $800 USD. Included hotels, driver, tour guides in cities, and more.

We stayed here 2 nights and it was fabulous. The room was very big and spacious. Very clean and tidy. The buffet breakfast and dinner was simply lovely. The hotel is very luxurious and the staff are excellent. Service is excellent. The rooftop facilities are lovely with great views of the place. The only problem is that it is far from all the attractions and the city. Also there are no shops nearby. Otherwise an excellent place to relax.

Hotel was clean and secure. It had a great lobby and and the bell service was very prompt. The rooms were very well apportioned and the bathrooms were great. The dining room on the roof was fabulous and had great views. The buffet food was excellent as well. The only problem we had was ordering off the menu was very slow. Overall a great experience.

Stayed here two nights while on an organized tour. The hotel is large, an impressive marble construction, and was really quite luxurious. The rooms were spacious and the buffet dinners and breakfast were good without being exciting. There was a well-equipped gym, which I used, and a spa which my family enjoyed. A very pleasant experience, especially at the end of a tour.
