“very good and hygienic hotel”

Hotel stay was pleasant and dam hygienic. rooms are very nice and comfortable exactly shown in photographs mentioned. Only one thing about this hotel is food available in its restaurant is extremely costly for a single person.

My wife and my daughter stayed at this hotel for 5 nights in March 2013. We have stayed at this hotel previously but only for single nights whilst on route to London. They stayed with some friends and therefore i had booked two double rooms for them.
Airport pick-up and early check-in at no extra cost was fine,however, the biggest let down was housekeeping. The towels were not changed daily and they had to telephone every day for new towels, The rooms and bathroom were not cleaned but the beds simply made up. The duty manager was not available to receive complaints which was a poor indication of customer care. After much arguing and complaint they compensated them , however, this did spoil their stay and we will have second thoughts in staying at this hotel again.

My wife & I Stayed 6 nights. Booked through HOTWIRE.COM After booking we checked reviews & were a little concerned. We could not change hotels as prepaid to Hotwire, we were assured it is 4 Star.
There is a problem with some smell ( too much air freshner from the moment you walk in the reception) & rooms. It was as if trying to hide some other problem.
Food is excellent! Coffee is not, Nescafé!
Staff are really nice & helpful.
Overall it's nice, but I don't think we would stay here again.
Hotwire.com This is NOT comparable to Hyatt, Westin, Hilton as you suggested. This is a good hotel but not 4Star.

We stayed here on our last night before flying home from Mumbai. The rooms were good and the food was also fine although rather more spicey than that in Gujarat and Rajasthan were we had been. Two members of our party found staff in their rooms just after they had gone to breakfast - drawers left open and bed moved. Be warned to lock up all valuables when leaving your room in this hotel.

It was a pleasure staying at the Peninsula Grand. Airport pick up and drop off is complimentary and on time. We were unable to have breakfast so they packed a breakfast box for us which was fantastic.

This hotel is worst serviced hotel I ever stayed. I booked two room in this hotel one for me and another for my Italian client and it was an embarrassment for me. the behavior of reception staffs were so rude and room were were stinking. I got my room made by 10 pm next day after 5 calls. they claim to be 4 star hotel and they charge much more than that but faciltiy there is like 2 star hotel. it was completely waste of money staying this hotel

Room Tip: I would not suggest anyone to stay this hotel

I was in Mumbai for a weekend, and selected this hotel via the Internet. I wasnt sure what was i getting myself into, as you can never be sure over the internet. But I was pleasantly surprised when I reached there. Good property, Spacious rooms, Good Service and Excellent food. Location is also close to the airport, so is a big plus. I got more than what I expected. The staff was courteous and helpful. TV wasnt working when I got there, but got fixed in a few hours. Also, there were some extra charges added to the bill, which were removed after I asked. That is the reason I am not giving it all the 5 stars. A pleasant experience otherwise.
