“Very modern and clean room”

Very modern and clean room. Being a hotelier, I was amazed with service and modern amenities in room , in a 3 star property. Deserves higher ranking. Staff at reception , housekeeping and doorman are very courteous and helpful. Breakfast can be better... service staff were very helpful and service oriented. Surely I will be staying in this property again.

Had put up 7 rooms. All guests of my wedding! Construction and refurbishment was going on. That was not an issue. The rooms that were refurbished looked very good...but the other rooms were an absolute HORROR!! There were moulds on walls!!! I could not believe my eyes. i do understand the room was due for a refurbishment...but moulds!!! An abslute disaster for best western!!

Breakfast was good! Location is good! Service is average!

Room Tip: Make sure you check out the rooms first!

Centrally located. Hotel is undergoing renovation . But the standard of service was never below par considering the difficulty in space due to renovations. Should be gratifying when it is complete as the service is in their blood. Smile and service made our three days stay a pretty memorable one. Room service was excellent as we were offered the way way we wanted. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends both for business and family travel. Great value for money.

Stayed here for one night.
The good:
-Very clean room , recently renovated so very contemporary.
-Very helpful staff , service with a smile literally
-Centrally located
-Decent breakfast
- They let us check out 3 hours late then the check out time
- Kept our luggage even after check out which we picked up in the night

Bad:
-The reception area is still being renovated
- There was only one lift working which meant little more waiting time
- the same lift was being used by the service staff as well, but the staff was generally very courteous so no complaints.

Overall we had a very pleasant stay there.
Good place for families even better place for business travelers because of the location

We stayed for one night and had complete sleepless night.
As soon as we entered the hotel for the first time, welcomed with lot of construction noise. There was already another person arguing with the manager for cancellation and refund. When we asked about the noise, the receptionist said the construction is only on the Lobby area and there is no noise in the rooms. We believed him and took a chance. They allowed us early check-in which is nice. The staffs are good.
After a long day of sightseeing and shopping in Mumbai, we reached the hotel around mid-night. We switched on the AC and crashed. At around 3.30 am, we were completely sweating, to find that AC was not running. Just assumed it may be due to power cut and waited for another hour. It was suffocating to stay inside. Finally called the reception to check what is happening. The duty manager replied in cool that the AC is not working for the entire 7th floor and we will have to vacate our rooms and go to another floor to continue sleeping. He also claimed that he knocked on our door to inform us, but we never heard him. He could have called us via room phone or rang the bell, but instead claims he knocked the door!
Anyways, we changed cloth, packed our stuff and vacated the room and moved to 3rd floor, trying to catch up the sleep. It was almost 5 am then. After 6:00 am, we started hearing kids screaming from the opposite room revealing the sound proof quality of the doors and walls. The kids noise continued for long disturbing our sleep. At around 8:00 am, the doorbell rang asking for housekeeping!!! Why on earth on a Sunday morning 8:00 am Housekeeping would want to clean the occupied room? No explanation from the manager as well. They said ‘they will look into it’.
At around 10:00 am, construction noise started again. This time it appeared they were doing floor polishing right above our room. It was like running grinders on your head! Finally we got fed up of all this and checked out. There was no apology, no regret from the managers and reception. They were not even willing to give the invoice. Since we booked through Agoda, we were told to get the invoice from the website! I had to argue to get the invoice print out.

Please stay away from this hotel, at least till the construction is over.

Room Tip: No room is good until the construction is over. 7th floor has AC problems.

We really enjoyed our stay at “The Best Western Hotel Sahil” Mumbai, Convenient location. Good room, good service and well-mannered staffs. There is nothing wrong with the facilities. The room we stayed is very spacious and pretty contented. The food at the restaurant is delicious. Overall my family and I enjoyed our stay…!!!

While on tour of India, we stayed about two weeks at Best Western Hotel Sahil, We received not only top notch service but also rooms were very clean and comfortable and the break fast and food served in the restaurant were excellent. The staff had always smile on their faces and all the time we were in the hotel they made us very comfort table and we felt like being in our second home.
The Manager,Sunil took gerat care of us and the day we were leaving for Canada, Sunil also gave us a complimentary dinner.
I would like to convey our heart felt congratulations to all the staff and Sunil and other managers.

We will recommend Sahil to all our friends and relatives to stay in this Hotel when visting Mumbai.
