“India's own little disney world”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 4, 2013

Though you can not really compare the esselworld to disney worl, but this is closest we can get to them currently. There are around 30+ attractions at esselworld and it caters to everyone, from children to the grownups.. Some thrilling adult rides like the thunder and the newly introduced roller coaster are very exciting. The highlight is also the Ice rink for ice skating which when introduced here was one of its kind

“Indian Disneyland a perfect palce for family outing”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 9, 2013

Essel world id definitely India's very own disneyland in Mumbai.
The island is beautiful and well maintained with lot of green cover inside.
Plnety of rides difficult to choose which one to try.
One really loses tack of time once inside the Essel world.
However on the areas requiring mangement attention is
Proper mangement of ferry service, they should fix up number of people which one ferry can take. This ferry ride becomes trouble some as no place to sit and have to struggle with mosquitoes during return trip in the evening.
Lot of attarcation which children normally enjoy are to be paid extra. This they can include in ticket.
Some rides waiting time is very high, probably due to less number of cars for that ride.
Pricing is slightly on the higher side.
The palce would be more enjoyable if these little areas can be improved.
Overall a nice experience for outing with family& freinds.

Wish we had more time in there. Hoped they had more wild rides though and the waterkingdom should be in the park so you only buy one ticket. But it fits people in every age. The boat trip sucks though ...

“Nice Chill-out”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 30, 2013

I went to Essel World from Nashik by Car. Itz about 182 kms from nashik if you go by ghodbander road passing by Mira-Bhayender road. Nice High ways until Gorai Road.
Most Imp: Can do One day Return from Nashik!

Entry fees in peak season lyk summer and week ends is 690 per person and 590 in off season

Excellent Rides there...Awesome place to visit with families. for couples and childrens as well as school trips.

I'm visiting this place since my School Days trips.

They have Introduced couple of New rides. Happening place !!

No out-side food is allowed except water. Nice-Co operative staff there (once in a while they are pain in [--]) , but rest is good!

Important: Strictly keeps eyes and strong supervision on your childrens, because they tend to attract towards some attractions and there are chances of getting lost in crowd although you can find them back with the help of staff but this may create Havoc!! So be careful.
