As a young (well young looking lady) travelling on my own on a business trip - I did not:

1/ want to get harrassed
2/ want any cheesy chat up lines

I did however want to be looked after and pampered on days I didn't work. Unfortunately - points number 1 and 2 did happen - but after shooting down obviously unwanted attention (I was wearing a wedding ring!!) - the rest of the stay was hugely enjoyable. I was meeted and greeted at the airport by a hotel representative - hotel was only 10mins away - then whisked to the hotel. Upon arriving - I was shown to my room and checked in there - my bags arrived within a couple of minutes. My room didn't really have a view - but I didn't request one - so didn't mind - I got changed and headed to the pool.

It's not the biggest of pool areas - but great for just floating and dipping your toes in - the bar guy made the best bloody marys and I felt very looked after. Also on recommendation is the 24 carat facial......bliss - my skin was glowing soon after!!

The lobby area is great for just chilling back with a glass of wine - if your sat for more then 5mins - you will get asked whether you would like refreshment - which I found a welcome change to the non-friendly airport like Hyatt Hotel in Delhi.

All in all - I had a great experience what with the staffs "can do" attitude and will definately be recommending this hotel to friends and colleagues!!

The hotel is absolutely one of the better hotels I have stayed in. Courteous and helpful staff. However, I found the direction signages on my floor a little confusing, which can make one vulnerable in emergency situations.

it is a great hotel at a comfortable location. i had the fortune t stay at this hotel for many a days during my frequent visits to bambay. loved the location-close to airport. food is great. rooms are a litle small but nicely done up and comfortable. thay have a great indian buffet at the restaurant.however service needs improvement. overall above average.

Very near to the international airport. Nice breakfast spread but not to friendly staff serving food. The approach to the hotel is very run down with broken roads full of potholes. The ITC Grand Maratha Shereton is on the same road but is much better mainntained.
