This hotel takes first prize for the best location & bar in Mumbai. The rooms are modern & comfortable as well. The staff is charming, well spoken & extremely helpful.

Staying at this hotel was a pleasant surprise. Although this hotel is quite a small one, you do not realise it at all. The interiors are very tastefully done and the rooms are clean and very spacious (which was unexpected, considering the hotel size).
Its location is very good - you get a lovely view of the sea and at the same time it is very near the main shopping/business area of bombay. Dinner at the North Indian restaurant was very good and served well too.
What I liked most was the beautifully done up interiors - right from the lobby with candle lamps, to the passages with interesting wall hangings and the ethnic restaurants.

We stayed at The Intercontinental Marine Dr. Between 05/29-06/02/2009. The intercontinental Marine Dr. is a rather small hotel with modern and fairly big rooms, comfortable bed and classical IC amenities and with almost no lobby. The staff is in general very polite and helpful and the service is fairly good. We did have an incident at The Dome, the roof bar, which we thought we were treated rather unpolitely (to put it mildly), but then were duly apologized by the duty manager. We wished the room windows were clean and we could get photos of the bay and the sunset from our room.
