This place has migrated from being a college students hangout in the last decade (used to have non veg on the menu back then) to a vegetarian restaurant for families, friends, couples.
To begin with the downside,
a. the place though has increased its seating, has lost a lot of its character by pulling down the Mario Marinda cartoons off the main eating hall. It now has an annexure too; but ambience though clean and contemporary, is very non differentiating,
b. Waiting time - no advance bookings; at least 45 min on weekends (and many times on weekdays) - which is reflective of its popularity.
c. Cramped; but again - tolerable, since this means more people being accomodated.
On the plus,
i. food quality remains the same over the years, which is the highlight of Ovenfresh and the reason why it continues to draw crowds.
ii. Offers a wide variety of non North Indian Pubjabi cuisine (Mexican, Continental, Pizzas, Medditeranean, Chinese) - not many only veg restaurant options in this space.
iii. Desserts & Bakery - Fresh & Tasty stuff.
Once you go there, in all likelihood - will become a regular.
