Good ambience for a quiet & genteel dinner and some lunch too. A gentle blue background, Couple of large aquariums...one of them with our favorite coral fish. Quiet experience. Even the gentlemen waiting at the table speak in hushed tones. Person taking the order speaks polished. Our kinda soft dinner when we don't want noise. The seafood is good. The mangalorean fare is cooked to perfection. Couple of dishes are enough to satiate your palate and tummy. Mangalorean spices tickle your buds. After a long time I had Tiwadi though they named it Sol-kadi. The intent and behaviour of the gentlemen in waiting are at par. They may be a bit rustic or non-professional but it more than covers up in good behaviour. And they know when to leave you alone. However this chain of eatery has a history of nearly half a century, from a kitchen which includes traditional taste and you should expect a bit of rustic touch. This is the only reason for our rating of '4' otherwise I am good to rate it at '5'. The wash area is good and clean but we have seen better. Food for two is approx INR 1250
