“the mysore palace”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 18, 2014

this is one of the popular tourist destinations of the city and i found it amazing.the place is a visual treat with all the architectural deatiling.pity they dont let you take pics inside and the place is a little too crowded for all its splendour . one can feel the royal aura once inside .the huge central hall with a colourful dome ceiling and the giant glass chandeliers ,the courtyard and the well maintained gardens together make a memorable experience.theres elephant and camel rides inside the palace grounds. visitors are allowed in just a small part of this palace when compared to its size and whatever lies beyond should be even more fascinating.

“Breathtaking”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 17, 2014 via mobile

One of the best palaces I have ever visited till date. Example of great architecture. Very well maintained. Paintings kept in the palace appear as if made yesterday. This is a very photogenic place. The only thing I did not like was the elephant ride because it makes the place dirty.

the plus point is the palace is neatly maintained and really a good place.guys plz hire guide as without it u wont unerstand anything over there. history is worth and only guide can tell u that ..
If not guide atleast hire a audio notes which are availble in palace through which u can hear the history in head phones
