5 stars especially for offering us a candle light dinner that made a day memorable for me and my family. Service and food quality was good just like a icing on a cake.
Valet parking can add more cream to the dessert for the local travellers.

We stayed here a while ago. Though the hotel was beautiful, a monkey actually got inside our room. Also, one of the managers was very rude. Its just an expensive hotel with hardly any facilities. The washroom also had some drainage issues. Just ok. Wouldn't advise it to anyone.

The experience was terrible, not recommended at all

Stayed in superior room which was not even a basic room. The rooms are so hot that you cant even think of staying in this hotel for a day. when i asked them for the upgradation of rooms, even the suit doesn't have climate controls.

They never heard of a thing called "Air conditioners"

Not a friendly/helpful staff.

Rooms doesn't have any proper locks even

Pool water is so dirty u cant even see to it

It was my biggest mistake to book this hotel

This is just a over rated hotel ,
And highly over priced as per their quality.

Lots better options in shimla in same category.

HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED

A wonderful location looking over the valley and well maintained gardens, banquet halls, superior exterior and great surroundings are the highlights of this resort. Add to that the food... breakfast, lunch, dinner all were good.
Things to improve are the rooms, they are small and so so maintained. If they had focused on the rooms as much as they did on the exteriors it would have been perfect. Still I would recommend this hotel.

Yatra.com booked this hotel for me on the last moment as my earlier booked hotel was not confirmed. Superior rooms may not tht attractive still i like the place. Hotel staff is good and very co operative. Food is delicious.

One of the best experience we had on a outing. We spent 4 days in the resort and experienced excellent services of a well behaved and professional staff. Kids just didn't want to go out. Swimming Pool experience was fantastic. Of Course some more Children activities are needed as presently lacking in same. Good Food, Good and quick Room service, Extremely Helpful staff who was ready to advice you for each and every thing. Excellent view of the Pine Valley. Spa was good. Curtains and Toilets do need some more improvement, otherwise excellent stay.

Stayed for a day in March. Main reason for selecting the place was proximity to the office where I had work and we had arranged for a conference dinner in the evening. Stayed on the 2nd floor with a great view of the valley. However, the toilets need an updation and curtains need a change. The conference dinner was well arranged and staff are very friendly. However, if you are travelling for leisure, this hotel is far from the hot spots of town and inconvenient without own vehicle.
