Two double bed rooms were booked from a travel agent three months in advance, on arrival one room (No. 113) was very much up to date and furnished, the other room ( No. 103) was horrible, when requested for a change, the same was rudely turned down citing excessive rush and all rooms being filled-up, in reality that wasn't.
Room No. 103 was shabby, bathroom door could not be locked, bathroom cistern was not working, hot water connection to the wash basin had snapped and water was flowing out. Waste water outlet was blocked and as such the same was accumulating with-in the bathroom. Even overhead water tank got empty at night and no one was around to see to it and switch on the pump. Someone woke up and came at 7.00 AM in the morning and did the all important needful, as if asking for the basic amenity was a crime for us, even after paying for it. This translates to staying without water the whole night and up to 7 O’Clock in the morning.
Among the others, Food was satisfactory, not very good, location wise also not the best choice. No accommodation was provided to the driver of our vehicle, which is a natural and normal complement given to the guests.
