This was my third visit to Flavours, this time was there with family, and we ended up having a great time - but there are a few things they could look into to better the experience. Our waiter, though cheery and helpful, for some strange reason was trying to memorise our order instead of writing it down - with the result that the mains and sides were mixed up. Not a big deal, provided us with some amusement as we exchanged jacket potatoes and green veggies with each other! We had asked for a red wine Sangria, but we're served a sparkling red instead - however since it was perfectly done (and we were in a good mood) we let it pass. The bruschetta was a let-down, but in all of Delhi I have yet to taste bruschetta they way it's supposed to be done so I did not have expectations there. However, the tenderloin steak (medium) was cooked perfectly, grilled prawns were super, fettuccini with meat sauce was spot on, as was chicken escallops and lamb chops (if you don't like it dry, tell them beforehand as otherwise you won't enjoy it). For dessert one of us had ordered the blueberry cheesecake and it was a SEVERE disappointment - the crust was a little soggy and the cheesecake, well, wasn't cheesecake. One of the waiters overheard us comparing it to the one at Big Chill, came over and profusely apologised, asked for suggestions to make it better, and presented us with another dessert we had liked (chocolate cake with two scoops of ice cream) on the house. This was completely an unexpected surprise, as we had not even complained officially. So yes, I would go back if just for that extra bit of "customer care", but I don't think I would be ordering the blueberry cheesecake.
