The staff try very hard and usually succeed to deliver friendly and attentive service. The greeting on arrival is always genuinely warm (I've stayed here four or five times) and it's a good place to arrive at after an overnight flight, to get some post-red-eye rest before plunging into the grubby bustle of Delhi which is on its doorstep. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and nicely decorated, there's free wifi on every floor and TV rooms. The trump card is the lovely rooftop restaurant with tandoori oven and menu - very good food and charming staff. Not the cheapest place in town, but the only real minus is the location - close to the metro in the Janak Puri district, but quite a few stops from the downtown action.
