“Ghandhi's last days visited”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 13, 2014

My son had been studying Influential people like Ghandhi in school so for him this place was great to see. I love the way they walk through Ghandhi's last days in the downstairs part of the museum. Outside they have his last footsteps right up to where he was shot. Upstairs is an interactive museum for children which was great to keep them interested. I definitely recommend this place.

“Reveals the soul of India.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 12, 2014 via mobile

I agree with all the other reviews; it is an awesome place to experience and the footprints are a fitting symbol of the subsequent events. However, no one has mentioned the museum part, and we nearly missed it as it is not signed properly. The museum is upstairs in the main building. It is very new and totally interactive, using multi media to get the history and philosophy of Gandhi across to "the next generation". We were greeted by a charming young man who guided us round and demonstrated all the toys and displays. It was great fun and much more direct than all the sign boards in the garden which took a lot of effort to read. To me this was an imaginative display suitable for adults and children alike. Am so glad we didn't miss it....we were near the exit when I read the small notice and thought we would make sure there was nothing more. They must change or improve the signage because the museum is one of the best I have been to. It is right bang up to date with an inspiring and imaginative approach.

“Good”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 11, 2014

Its spiritual and you can see the raised footsteps of Gandhi. Do visit, if you come to Delhi. Cameras are allowed inside and requires about 30-40mins for a proper visit.

“A must in Delhi”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 8, 2014

Really, you just have to go to this site when in Delhi. The site felt a little stale and could benefit from a refresh, but all in all - it was a humbling and awe-inspiring to walk in the steps of this great man and leader.

“Incredibly moving.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 7, 2014

Small and quirky experience. They do like their diorama. The most moving part is following the great man's last footsteps. A very good way of learning about the development of his idea's and impact.
