The 'innkeeper' as she likes to call herself is a genial person, a good host and by international standards keeps a tidy place. It's conveniently close to the airport and she has useful contacts in the community. We had booked for 4 nights. The first two in mid December the second two nights at the end. We had a good experience for the first two nights. But I was fool enough to give her the enitre fee for the second period of two nights in advance which we regrettably had to cancel. Even though we gave more notice than she demands according to her policies on her website for a full refund, she kept 100% of our fee. So the advice is by all means use the place but under no circumstances should you even consider paying a deposit. Our experience is that if your plans change and even if you have kept to the agreed terms, you will not get a refund.
