“Wonderful Hospitality”

We have stayed in this hotel last month and found wonderful experience in terms of rooms, service and management. The main attraction is their hospitality. Always smiling.... I love the place. I will surely recommend this place for all the couples travelling first time in Delhi. They have a very good travel desk to organize your trip in INDIA. Specially Agra & Rajasthan.

Room Tip: Ask anything they will never say ..... NO....

“Good hotel with excellent service”

The place is just a walk of 5 mins from Karol Bagh Metro station & is very close to famous markets of Karol Bagh......
The hotel itself is very nice with neat & cosy rooms. The toilet was clean & so were the bed/mattresses. Hot water was available 24hrs......
The complimentary breakfast & the dinner were very well prepared & tasty.......
But the biggest positive of the hotel is the excellent service rendered by the whole Management team with special mention to Deepak, Manek & Manish. They are always there to help you for all your needs. The room service was also very courteous......

Overall, we had a very nice experience & would like to come back for another stay......

we stayed in roopam for a night and that is good, overall the experience is good,
and they can improve on the room heater side they had bad room heaters
the breakfast is good and hospitality is good.

“Amazing Place to stay”

Great hotel to stay..Nice & clean rooms, helping staff.. Good breakfast & dinner.. Services like Car Rental, Room service was nice.. Interiors & Furniture is upto the mark.. As a foreigners it was a nice stay in hotel.

“Excellent Hotel at Delhi”

Had a great experience during stay at Rupam hotel, just wonderful ambiance and supportive staff. Anyone can visit this hotel to explore Delhi life. Good coordination for package tours.

All major tourist spots are in reach.

Room Tip: Room no 101 is excellent.
