4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 18, 2013

This hotel likely expects to be in the middle of a coming business district, and once the district is built up will be in great demand. Super helpful staff, great breakfast. More than adequate room. Interesting modernistic architecture, well-supplied bathrooms.

It was my first contact with the Kempinski chain of hotels and I must confess I cannot wait for more. Although location is not a must, in the middle of nowhere and far from the touristic attractions in the city, I was staying there for a meeting in Noida. On the upside, it is just two hours away from Agra by taking the new Expressway. Breakfast was excellent and diversified. We stayed in three other 5-star hotels in Agra, Jaipur and Delhi and this is by far the best. Restaurant good as well. Staff and management really cares about making your stay as much pleasant as possible. The manager was waiting un in the lobby with an elephant teddy when we arrived. The idea of the ladies in red is a must. All in all, excellent value for money.

If grand, modern, beautiful, somewhat lacking in character, but very expensive 5 star hotels are your thing, then you'll love this place.

You can't fault the rooms, or the service. I ate in the restaurant, and the vegetarian platter was excellent. So too was the breakfast.

But, the area around the hotel is dull. There is a rather boring shopping centre, but otherwise it's far out of Delhi with few good restaurants or much else of interest near by. And be warned it will take you about an hour to the internation airport, and at least 45 minutes to New Delhi.

If I were to find fault with anything it would be the inflexibity of the hotel reception regarding check-in and check-out times. My room was paid for three nights, of which I only stayed two. I arrived at 6:00 am in the morning and left at 4:00 pm in the evening two days later. Although I had paid for three nights it took a lot of persuading, and eventually a conversation with the manager, so I was not charged an additional fee for the early check-in. I am also irritated at having to pay exhobitant fees to use the hotel Wifi. The hotel makes so much on the on the bar drinks, restaurent and other services that they can surely include free wifi!

You decide!

I visited this place on a business conference. Being a new property, the overall ambience was fantastic. The room decor and display was amazing and was one of the best I have stayed in. The food quality and variety was wonderful and was served open air ( we faced a little problem because one night there was a dust storm but the staff managed to shift it inside very quickly). The staff was very courteous and ready to help out. I found a couple of drawbacks also; the first was the distance from airport, then the surroundings were not very posh and lastly, the reception lobby was not impressive. Still I would say that one of the best places in NCR for conventions.

Room Tip: It is very important as the view on a couple of directions is very average

we are planning a big meeting later this year at this hotel. We had a meeting this month here ,so we decided to gheck it out,
It takes 2 hours from the Delhi terminal 3.You go through some of the old parts of Delhi to reach the hotel. The hotel is a sprawling property laid out well ( opened just a few months ago) ,some parts are still not ready.
The meeting rooms are large, some can accomodate 3000 people, acoustics are good.
The staff are very courteous.
The lunch spread is good. They even had - pani puri and chats ( the indian street food) being severed. The rooms are good.
