“Liked the atmosphere..”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 7, 2014

I went to evening time, on that time evening Arati for Durga Jee was going was. The Sanskrit slokes were echoing the entire temple, over all atmosphere was very serious and sometime you can feel something from your internal soul. I might be missing to articulate entire experience but if you like spiritual place, you will enjoy it too. Most recommended time is Evening Arati.

“Not just one temple”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 23, 2014

Chatappur mandir is an area where there are lots of temples close together all free to enter and photography allowed in most. You do have to remove your shoes for the whole area but there is a place for shoe storage which only costs a few rupees. The floors are clean and litter free so you won't cut or damage your feet. The temples are magnificent and very well kept, definitely worth a visit.

“A beautiful temple”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 18, 2014

The temple is right on the way on the metro so one can reach it without any hassle. The temple is also very close to the Qutub Minar so that is an added advantage, like killing two birds with one stone. With commute like autos etc. available, reaching the temple from the metro is easy as well. The temple is huge and is well built too. The number of people here were few and it was very peaceful and relaxing in this house of God.
