I stayed at the Taj for a weekend & it was a great property. Considering its in the nation's capital & is frequented by most visitors, i would expect the management to keep pace with the changing times. However it is a great place to stay, excellent service, great food &value for money. The entire team out there knew & practise customer service!!!
