“Very relaxing stay”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

The best part about the hotel is that it is extremely quiet. Being located close to Connaught Place, it has most of the tourist attractions within close proximity and there are plenty of pharmacies, ATMs, shopping areas and restaurants around. Public transportation is easily available and there's a 24 hours taxi/travel desk to facilitate all travel needs.

The property is very clean, well maintained and the rooms are super cozy. Equipped with electric kettle, the room was spacious, had lots of natural light and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spotless, the paid wifi, hot shower etc worked well and there had been a daily turndown service.

The room service was very prompt and the in room had quite a few choices. The food too was quite good and it came with generous portions. The buffet breakfast had a pretty good spread and the swimming pool, though small was clean and well maintained.

The hotel staff were very polite and helpful and from check in-check out, I had a very comfortable stay. I have only 1 suggestion and that is to train their Front Office Staff with more hospitality finesse. Have totally loved my stay, will recommend and stay here again.

Very nice hotel, very neat, very friendly staff. 10-15mns walk from Connaught Place. You can get a tuktuk to go anywhere else. Limited choice of TV channels but that's OK ! I would definitely recommand

The 2nd time we have stayed, some of the staff recognised us from before especially the jolly Restaurant manager although it had been 4 years since our last visit.
The buffet breakfast is very good and the in house craft shop is not as expensive as others I have seen although obviously not bargains.
Comfortable beds, clean rooms, the travel desk helped us to reserve our seats on the flight home.
Walking distance to Connaught Place and handy for metro stations.
Only negative was that I sat outside by the pool and had to ask someone to clear crockery left behind and no one came out to check if they could get something for me.

Average hotel in a good location of New Delhi. The reception staff were possibly the most unfriendly I have ever encountered at any hotel. Our room was of good quality and clean. Breakfast was a little chaotic and, again, we found the staff to be unfriendly and not very welcoming. The wi-fi offered at the hotel was incredibly expensive at approximately £14 for 24 hours. The spa area looked lovely but the pool area looked uninviting. I don't think I would stay at this hotel again - I think you could find somewhere better for the same price - see my other Delhi hotel review.

Stayed here for one of my business trips, Rooms are too cramped and weirdly designed. Though the location is very good and easily accessible, but not a usual hotel to stay. Food here was average and could not really match the delhi standards.

Room Tip: Rooms on the Right side of the hotel have a good view

The most comfortable hotel bed that I've slept in! Check in was quick and efficient. The hotel was extremely clean and all members of staff went out of their way to greet you and check whether everything was okay. Mr Singh- our cleaner on floor 2- did a brilliant job of making sure that my son and I were comfortable in our room.Breakfast choice was excellent, the waiters reminding me that the chef can prepare pesonalised items was also a nice touch- thanks for the fab masala chai in the morning, made fresh and to my tastes, which I changed on a daily basis! Brilliant value for money!

Room Tip: Room on level 2 was fantastic- overlooking the swimming pool.

I have choosed this hotel from many many others and I wasn't dissapointed. Pro
- near Connaught Place
- excellent breakfast
- very good customer service.

Cons:
- no inside swimming pool,
- this five star hotel is not as rated as european similar hotels,
- Agra and Jaipur day tours expensive than other offers.
