We had stayed at the ITC in Agra, and been disappointed. But here in the ITC Delhi, the experience was very good.
The only negative point I found was the intrusive level of security - more in your face than other Indian hotels, but I would concede that its position and guest list make it a prime target.
Picking out a number of excellent points - the lounge adjoining the reception area is magnificent - the pool is good - the views from the rooftop restaurant are staggering. I was impressed by the level of service at lunch, my wife was shivering in a draft, the maitre 'd quickly brought a shawl and installed us in a small private room.
The hotel is close to the diplomatic area, and to the airport (assuming that you do not hit heavy traffic, which in Delhi is always possible)
The level of service is almost overpowering, there always seems to be someone to help you - ask the way to the lift or the pool, and they will guide you right to it, not just give you directions.
I would unhesitatingly recommend this hotel to any visitor to Delhi, and would certainly use it myself
