I stayed here on my first time to India, and the hotel is absolutely perfect. The water is filtered, so you don't have to worry about the things you typically worry about when travelling to India. I'd highly recommend it for a family or first-time visitors to India. The rooms are immaculate, and the decor is beautiful. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We also loved the food at the restaurant, Bukhara, and mean to return.

This is probably my 10th stay at ITC Delhi. I have stayed in many hotels but none come close to the hospitality of ITC Maurya. Just perfect in every way.
I'm a big foodie and love the buffet spread in The Pavillion, enjoyed a relaxing massage at the Kaya Kalap and happy hours at the Executive Lounge on the top floor.
The staff in particular are very helpful and attentive. Rohit Kaushik (Employee) is very courteous, well informed and has helped me on numerous occasions.

Looking forward on staying at ITC every time i'm in Delhi.

Indeed a long overdue facility. The previous lounge had started feeling tired and old. The new lounge in the main block very ably headed by one of the most competent and pleasing professionals of ITC Maurya Ms Mani Raheja is certainly a very welcome change and provides with the subtle and least intrusive environment to relax or conduct your meetings. Highly recommended for the movers and shakers

As expected of a hotel of this class,good location,safe and secure,very good service and hospitality.
Excellent food and beverages in restaurants.
Was there on business and only disappointment was the conference facility,basic room and distractions of noise as building work going on so noisy,had to complain multiple times.
However,if looking for a great place to stay and eat which is secure in every way,this is the place.
