Good stay but inexperienced service. No provision of IPod dock in room nor has heating in room. Would rate low on "Value for Money" vis. a vis. spend in other Hotels.
Dining is well priced and good quality

We held a birthday party for our dear girl's first birthday in this hotel. The party was overall good but there were few hiccups at the end which kind of dumped our spirits. I wrote an average review on tripadvisor least expecting anyone would ever read it. I am pleasantly surprised when very next day I had a call from their sales team and they patiently listened to my inputs. I still cannot believe that this is happening in India! I must appreciate the GM office and Sales director taking the matter so seriously! This shows the high standards and value that Hilton stands for and I am sure our next visit to the hotel will be much much better. Few good points about this hotel that I missed earlier, cleanliness, good reach for people in south delhi, noida and east delhi. Best is the food it is bound to please your palate(and tickle your taste buds!). Thanks again for listening!

Unless you have something to do in Noida, this hotel is far away from city center and travel is taking ages especially with traffic. If you dont mind travelling public transport the metro is just 200m away. Room is nice clean and good size. Standard buffet selection on breakfast a good menu in the restaurant. Very good hospitality service as common in India. You can use spa in Hilton just next door.

My husband and I were fortunate enough to have a four night stay in this wonderful hotel. Our room was large and well appointed, with a large bathroom with quality toiletries. Breakfast was excellent, with a good choice to suit everyone. Dinners were also very good in the the Roadhouse Bar and Grill and in the Cafe on 3. Staff were very professional, with the right level of attention and they were friendly.The staff were the best and most accommodating that we encountered during our 2 week stay in India. Prices in the bar and restaurants were good, especially when compared to hotels in Delhi which did not offer the same standard of accommodation or service.
The hotel is withing easy walking distance of two metro stations, should you wish to use an inexpensive way of transport. I felt safe in the company of my husband, or women can use the female only 1st carriage.
The only negative would be the location. Not a pretty view, and the location is a little out of the way. However, this would not deter me from recommending or staying here again. The view is pretty at sunset, and everything is an inexpensive taxi ride away. India is a place of contradictions.
