“Worth the rates”

Its a nice hotel with the low rates from Make my trip. the business class rooms are spacious and very pretty. The view from the last floors are of the city. Room service is prompt and excellent. The breakfast buffet is excellent, i especially like the flavoured yoghurts and the different grain breads and variety of cheese. Bathrooms are spacious and well equipped, though hot water was a bit tepid to my liking.It is adjacent to a mall, so shopping is very convenient as well. Staff at he reception were v helpful and courteous. Checking in didnt take any time.Gym is well equipped and excellent .
everything was good , except the power cuts. Though the generator kicked in, the tele took a long time to restore and would not come back to the channel we were watching. Also a slight problems with the lighting system.All are minor issues...

I stayed at the Radisson Blu for 3 nights this trip, and it was my third stay at this fantastic, full-service hotel. Not only does this property offer exceptional amenities and services such as fine dining in three unique restaurants and an exceptional bar, a large (and clean) outdoor swimming pool and relaxing area, a full spa, and spacious, luxuriously-appointed rooms, but the staff of the hotel go out of their way to ensure that your stay is a perfect as it can be! I have chosen to continue to return to this hotel for my stays in Delhi as it certainly stands-out in this regard (and is much better than the area's other Radisson Properties in my opinion) -anything you need will be quickly provided to you and any issue quickly resolved. The staff are simply fantastic! Other notable features of this hotel include its easily-accessible location right on the Ring Road and close to the Peera Garhi metro station (less than 5 minutes by auto), from which you can reach anywhere in Delhi. The hotel will also arrange any transportation for you if you require it.

The only ongoing issue I have with this property is the mediocre internet connection. I have mentioned it to the staff during my previous stays and this time they were definitely aware of the ongoing issues. I do not think the staff is at fault here, but instead the problem is likely a technical one. Also, while overall providing excellent food, the meal-quality and waiter service at the hotel's main restaurant, “Level 2”, was not as good as during my previous stays and this time fell below my expectations. Also, the quality of the Coffee Shop on the Lobby Level I have found to be inconsistent.

For this reason I have chosen to rate my stay at 4 out of 5. However, I most certainly will continue to return to this hotel as it is truly exceptional in almost every regard.

Room Tip: "Business Class" rooms are slightly larger and offer a bath tub as well as a shower.

We booked the hotel through some deal we had got on our card and got a decent rate for this property. Moreover to our surprise, upon checkin we received a free upgrade to the business class room.
The room was elegant and well crafted, the bathroom was not very large but had a tub apart from the shower.
All amenities were available in the room.
The service was good and the breakfast was a large spread and decent enough. Some items were tasty, others not so much.
Due to our upgrade and deal though it was superb value for money.

Radisson blu is the upcoming properties, i had been visiting to the hotels for some family occasssions and my view Radisson blu dwarka get higher points as compared to paschim vihar, simple due to the way it is build and the nearby aminities too

A new property, marred by the typical yuppie culture of Delhi.
Was there from 28th April to 30th April.
Rooms are very spacious. Breakfast was chaotic.
Hardly any variety in evening snacks.
Decor and Ambience - typical middle class.
a typical 3-4 star hotel with fake smiles and fake ambience and fake service.
Will avoid next time in delhi.

We were upgraded to Club room on arrival, which was excellent in terms of interiors, space etc. the bed was excellent, they could offer me firm pillow also. The bathroom also was large and spacious. The service was good, staff fairly okay. The buffet breakfast was also decent with lot of options. The check out was smooth. Overall decent experience.

On a fine Sunday morning (April 28, 2013) me and my friend visited Raddisson Blu after our daily sunday cycle ride. I called to inquire about the sunday breakfast buffet at a couple of restaurants and we zeroed in to Radisson based on their repute and quality. We went their on your bicycles. To our sheer amazement the guard on the main porch started to misbehave and didn't help us park our cycles. He told us to leave it outside the hotel premises, on saying that we can't just leave our cycles outside he said "croreon ki gadiyan bahar khadi hain tumhari cycle kaun le kar jayega" Cars worth millions are parked outside on the road no one would take your cycles.

Is this the kind of experience a guest expects from a 5 star hotel? The staff lacks and courtesy and education. We really argued a lot with them and tried to explain these are not just any cycles they are expensive bikes work more than 30k each but the bafoons on the entrance won't understand. We asked to talk to manager on duty but were not made to talk to anyone. This is the Radisson Blu Hospitality for you!!

Later we went to Hilton at Janak Puri where the guard welcomed us with a namaste, without us even asking helped securely park inside the hotel parking and we had a wonderful experience.

I wonder if Mr. Preet Inder Singh , the manager would respond to this.
