Excellent hotel, Very good staff, good food, I would say one of the best business hotel in Okhla Delhi, Value for money, Also management is doing every thing possible to ensure that the guest are as confortable as staying at home.

Efficient and friendly check in, and that service level was evident throughout the hotel. Standard room was a good size with an excellent bed, separate bath and shower with all the amenities. Location is not good if you want to get around the central district, and very noisy road outfront. Unfortunately many small issues combined to make it a very frustrating stay:

Room was freezing cold, and for some reason they had the aircon blasting even though the temperature outside was only 15 degrees, and overnite I needed a portable heater plus wearing a sweater to keep warm.

Yellow stains on both the pillow and bed sheet.

Garbage from the previous occupant in the waste bin.

Tried to run a bath but the water was not hot enough at 4pm.

Internet 800 for 24 hours.

Went to the Indian restaurant for dinner, ordered simple Pad Thai as it was late and was told to wait 20-25 minutes, unacceptable. Took room service, a very expensive and bland Paneer Makhni which was over powered with too much tomato, and they forgot to bring my water.

Given the choice of hotels in Delhi, they will need to improve for me to return.

We stayed at Crowne Plaza Today for 3 days. Nice hotel. The staff is especially very friendly, helpful and greets you with a smile all day long. A very good service is provided by every single hotel employee. The rooms are nicely done, clean and spacious. Bathroom is well equipped with necessary amenities. Food is good and delicious. The breakfast buffet was very satisfying. Quick and great room-service. Only issue was that the hotel is located a little far-away from the city center.

I would stay again. All you could want. Rooms had all you need. I was upgraded as a platinum member and had a lovely room. Lounge was nice and so were the sweets :)

Helpful staff. Good concierge and manager was pleasent and helpful too.

The buffet was outstanding!! Both for dinner and breakfast.

Recommended. It was a boy far from shopping places but that wasn't a problem with taxis, well known and good security.

I would stay there again.
