A lot of improvement is required, specially in your restaurent services, services are terrible. Behaviour of Restaurent staff is not good. Reception-OK, Room service-OK.Food Quality-not bad,arrangement in restaurent-terrible.

Thank you for your feedback regarding your visit to Red Fox Hotel, East Delhi. May I apologize for not meeting some of your expectations during your stay.
We have noted your comments and are reviewing the relevant processes. Specifically:
•Restaurant experience: we are sorry you did not find the experience in the restaurant to your expectation. You arrived at the restaurant for dinner nearer to the closing time by which time most guests had finished their dinner and hence, our F&B service member did not refill the dishes till the top. Our intention was to primarily minimize wastage. We assure you of a better experience on your next visit.
•Staff attitude: please accept our apology for the service you experienced at the Front Desk. Since the Red Fox model is largely self-service driven our staff member directed you to use the water kiosk on your floor to refill your water bottle. You mistook this as rude. He was only trying to help you. However, we have re-briefed our teams to engage with all customers in a friendly and caring manner – which is what Lemon Tree is known for.
