“decent Economy hotel in Delhi/ Noida”

decent and economy hotel.... good room with all basic needs and good food I must say!! My office was in Noida. The stay was good just the loation and approach was a big turn off. But the hotel I guess has nothign to do in that.

Room was neat & clean in excellent way. Food & variety was good but needs improvement in swad of Non-veg dishes. Identity proof is a must for each occupant. State of the art lifts operate quickly in 6 floor hotel.

We have noted your comments and are reviewing the relevant processes. Specifically:

•Food variety: we are sorry you did not enjoy the food. We have noted your observations and have briefed our Chef to relook at the standard recipes of non- vegetarian dishes. We continuously upgrade and refresh our menus and buffet offering at our restaurants to try and ensure that customers enjoy their experience.
•Identity proof: identity verification is part of the check-in process and is an industry standard i.e. followed by hotels across India and abroad, as well as by Lemon Tree. Government of India security regulations mandate that hotels must take a photocopy of each guest’s identity card at the time of check in. While doing so, we maintain and protect the privacy of guest data at all times.

A lot of improvement is required, specially in your restaurent services, services are terrible. Behaviour of Restaurent staff is not good. Reception-OK, Room service-OK.Food Quality-not bad,arrangement in restaurent-terrible.

•Restaurant experience: we are sorry you did not find the experience in the restaurant to your expectation. You arrived at the restaurant for dinner nearer to the closing time by which time most guests had finished their dinner and hence, our F&B service member did not refill the dishes till the top. Our intention was to primarily minimize wastage. We assure you of a better experience on your next visit.
•Staff attitude: please accept our apology for the service you experienced at the Front Desk. Since the Red Fox model is largely self-service driven our staff member directed you to use the water kiosk on your floor to refill your water bottle. You mistook this as rude. He was only trying to help you. However, we have re-briefed our teams to engage with all customers in a friendly and caring manner – which is what Lemon Tree is known for.

hotel arrangements were not up to the mark, cleanliness air condition, television all were poor. dinner arrangements were bad. at dinner table everything was finished, improper service. overall it was bad experience.

•Cleanliness: our attempt at Lemon Tree is to ensure the hotel is fresh, crisp and clean and we have laid down our processes accordingly. We are sorry the cleanliness did not fully meet your expectations. We have noted your observations and have instructed Housekeeping to take necessary corrective action and adhere to pre-defined processes at all times.
•Availability of TV Channels: the range/choice of TV channels offered by us is based on our periodic review of customer preferences. Commercial rates for TV channels in hotel rooms are many times higher than those applied for residences/homes and in keeping with our value-for-money philosophy; we try to offer only those channels that are preferred by most of our guests. We are sorry you missed viewing your favorite channel because of this.
•Quality of service at front desk: we apologize for the service you experienced at the restaurant. We have re-briefed our team to engage with all our customers in a friendly and caring manner which is what Lemon Tree stands for.

If we want to go to noida, mayur vihar and near by areas this hotel is convenient. Make sure that you have conveyance facilities either by your own or through the hotel itself. apart from that service is good...

Room was maintained clean.service was excellent.Food quality and taste was really awesome.pleasant place to check in .Easy enough to reach the place.Good compliments were given for stay.Cost was affordable for such a luxury.

Had been there atleast 4 times last year for booking a training hall and a room.
The staff there are very polite and caring for you. Especially Ravinder, the sales manager over there who got the best price for room and training location
Red fox would be the preffered location when ever we need a business center for conferences.
Looking forward to be here shortly .
