“we had very bad experience ,we had cancel room for 2 days stay., as there approch was very worst & lanuage was valgure”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed October 4, 2013

We take min 2hours to find the hotel as it is in one corner, as we had reached to hotel there recption it was full of smell & renovation work was going on, on the name of welcome drink they had serve water, we had booked hotel room 2months back, lift were not working properly,
food quality was very poor & rates was as per five star, we had booked 5rooms in that AC for 2 rooms where not working , after giving complain they where saying with in half hour they will make it ok but after arrgument they had alloted rooms at 11.45 pm late night since we had booked room 2month back , there were no bucket in toilet as we insist , they say very ruidely they dont provide bucket as we where with kids , they say use toilet shower for kids, after that we had given complain to clear trips for cancel our 2 day stay in that hotel and refund our money & we had make our own alternative arrangement for stay. As they put picture on net is very nice but on actuly its very waste experince, Hotel staff was very rude when we had tell for cancel the room and refund our amount for balance 2 days they say go and ask the company to whom u had paid we had tell them due to lack of service and rude behaviour we r cancel our rooms we r here for trip not for suffer we r paying to get service nt to suffer . It is one of the very worst experinece of life

Pharganj is a hustling bustling joint of European visitors and Indian tourists. Amidst the chaos, there exists a decent hotel for decent price. A wannabe experience of 3 star lounge, with bit colored bed covers and towels, good wifi and tv networks, definetly a value for money offering in Central Delhi. If you are tourist, using the hotel only for resting and cleaning up, don't look further. Not to speak highly of the food there, good restaurants nearby can compensate for this loss. Don't miss the nice tibetean handicrafts store just few mins walk from the hotel.

this hotel is very well located: it is located in a typical but very safe neighborhood, 5 minutes from a metro station, numerous small shops are within a few meters of hotel and it is easy to find small very clean and cheap restaurants, The staff are very concerned about our comfort, especially Santosh who works at the front desk and makes every effort to make our stay enjoyable and I had booked a standard but finally got a premium room at no extra cost room, the room was large (25m2), a spacious bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink, the room was cleaned and sheets and towels changed every day, the hotel has a terrace on the roof with tables and chairs which is quite pleasant terrace, the breakfast was ok.

At best a budget hotel. The hotel is very old and there is no bar even though they state that this is a bar attached hotel. Good for solo travellers. However, if you have kids I would not recommed this hotel since there are no activities that can be of interest for kids.

The White Klove is a lovely hotel -- clean, well appointed rooms, large bathrooms, and hot water. The food is also delicious. The staff are very friendly and helpful. One of the hotel managers, Fabian, in particular, went above and beyond to make our stay a great one. We would definitely stay here again!

One cannot believe that such a magnificent hotel can exist in such surroundings. It is indeed a hidden jewel. I have been visiting this property when it use to be hotel kashish. But I recently visited this swanky new Avatar of old kashish called White Klove.

Excellent hotel and rooms
Great food (Moti mahal Delux)
superior staff

It is just a walk away from Ashram Metro station.

Room Tip: Try front facing rooms. They have windows for ventilation. Back rooms dont have window but they have...

Returned after 6 month gap to find changes and improvements. Staff remain supportive and friendly whilst the food is absolutely exceptional. The White Klove is great value for money - and is strongly recommended if you wish to stay in a buzzing, central city location.

Room Tip: Work on-going on first floor, opt for second floor.
