“Beautiful Hotel, excellent room and service”

We stayed at the Hilton for 4 nights on a trip to Delhi and Agra. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very clean, spacious and the service is second to none. They have a small baked goods counter in the lobby with excellent desserts and sandwiches at very reasonable prices, and in the evening they are 2 for 1!!!

The only drawback to this hotel is location. While it is directly across from the metro/rail, It requires some time to get to the sights.

If I were in New Delhi I cannot imagine staying anywhere else.
Amazing modern property, Straight out of architectural digest.
You'll die when you see the rooms (Not literally)
The only bad thing about the place is the service in the casual restaurant
and occasionally the Bellman.

Room Tip: Don't have them handle your luggage. Do it yourself.

A very nice property just 30mins from the centre of Delhi. The area has nothing but the metro station is in the doorstep of the hotel.
350 RS by pre-paid taxi from the airport to the hotels door.

It has 3 restaurants, one Indian, one Italian and one Chinese all with skilful chefs with great attitude.

We stayed there for 3 nights. From day one the service and the staff was really hospitable and caring. 2 of us we were sick from street food and flu. Once the Assistant Front Office manager spotted us not feeling well, she, the Duty Manager and the Restaurant Manager did whatever was possible to make our stay better.

Rooms were clean and the towels were smelling fresh lime! Bottles of water were refreshed everyday in the room.

Very good breakfast with large variety of choices. Service was prompt both for breakfast and dinner. Surprised when the chef saw that I was not feeling well at all and he stepped out of the kitchen to ask me if I'm ok.

Mind that rooms with pool view -which is really nice- have some extra tax.

Felt like home in general. Recommended.

Was for a conference the banquet staff is amazing, The location of the hotel is also bang to metro station . Travelling is easy the food is awesome and the staff specially Jagdish and Naveen are two special people in banquet department you ask them for anything and they will do it for you, Hilton has been up there with its name. Its just you are in safe hands .

The hotel is great of course: relatively new, huge lobbyarea, with reception in the center of it. I find that reception usually is understaffed and can handle often only one guest at the time. The restaurants all deserve praise and I always enjoy breakfast here very much. It is a perfect introduction to Indian breakfast cuisine for the many tourist that start their journey on the subcontinent here. It is a spacious and elegant set up with comfortable seating. The rooms are very nice, business-like, and they all have two small fauteuils and a small table as a seating area. As far as my experience goes here an ironingboard and iron is standard: excellent. They are not, by far not, soundproof and conversations in neighbouring rooms can be slightly heard. Sewage system needs a thorough deep-cleaning as in the various rooms where I have stayed all the drains were slow and near to blockage. Pleasant staff, Housekeepingstaff is plentyfull.
The enormous blue and yellow chandelier above reception desperately needs dusting: this is the businesscard of the hotel and it is covered with a thick layer of dust!

the hotel staff were very cordial and friendly and happy folks. The food in the Pomordoro was fabulous and room service was efficient.

We were treated like royalty, and the staff were very knowledgeable about directions and shopping and sightseeing venues.

I would defiantly stay here again Thank you HILTON!!!

I stayed at the Hilton for 2 separate nights in February with my wife, sister and brother in law, between stays we travelled to see the Red Fort in Agra and the Taj Mahal. This is a beautiful hotel and the staff are very friendly and helpful, breakfast is very good with something to suit all tastes. We dined in the Chinese restaurant on one night and service and choice of dishes was superb, we also dined in the Italian restaurant and found that very nice also. Before dinner we enjoyed cocktails in a very peaceful bar. Having stayed in India 3 times previously in standard hotels in Kerala we found the 5 star prices quite a shock by Indian standards but on reflection they compared very favourably with UK prices. The only drawback with the hotel is its location and the surrounding area doesn't seem the right place for white faces being very run down and the traffic is gridlocked most of the time. There is a Metro station opposite the hotel but as our time here was limited we did not use it. I would highly reccommend this hotel apart from the location.
