“The photo look better than reality...”

This was our first hotel during our trip to India. We arrived around 4am at the hotel (luggage problem) and we just wanted to sleep... The room was basic. The bed was bigger than expected but not so comfortable... The decoration of the room was a bit old and in some places was broken... We don't understand why they gave us this room but we were there for 2 days so what we can we do...
The best thing was the airport pick up. It's cheaper than getting a taxi, that's for sure!
And the breakfast... nothing to remember.
Only one thing: the location is great BUT it could be a big shock for you to arrive in India for the first time and have the hotel here... Seek for something more calm.

Had a one night stay for my connecting flight.

Cons:
Though informed in advance and more than a couple of reminders before and between travel for airport pick up, there was no one at the airport. Had to ring up them twice and wait at the airport gate to get picked up.
Hotel pics look great but the actual cleanliness of the place was opposite.

Pros:
Close to Delhi International Airport
Bed comfort was not that bed (after all the experience)

Not worth the money and won't recommend after my experience.

Room Tip: I stayed in a Deluxe Double Room

I have booked this hotel 10 days prior to my stay. It was all agreed that this much charge will be there. Time of arrival and departure was also discussed. On my arrival with family and children, they behaved as if my arrival time was not known to them. I became strict then they agreed to adjust us. It took 1 hour to get our rooms. This was the first hotel in my life, who took entire money saying that this is their practice. My one room was Tripple bed room which they assured to give us at 10.00 a.m. Till 10.00 a.m., they could not provide. We went for sight seeing and returned at 8.30 p.m. But room was not shifted to Tripple bed room. We went for Dinner. At 11.00p.m. We saw their people are arranging extra bed in a room. We ask them whether it is for us. They said no, we have not been informed for your requirement. We told them about our requirement and the boys arranged a folding cot in the same room and not given Tripple bed room. Next day I asked the reception guy to adjust my bill as Tripple bed room was not given. He said that they provide extra bed only and don't have Tripple bed room. We have seen Tripple bed room on Internet. So our excess money was forfeited by them. The man concerned with whom deal was finalized, was disappeared. Next morning there was no towel in the room. When we ask, they say sending. After one hour when we reminded, they say it is coming. Finally after two hours it came from laundry.
Hotel is neat and clean. Food is costly and not upto the mark as per cost.

Room Tip: If you don't get a room in nearby and there is no way out, you may go for this keeping all in mi...

After the disappointment of not receiving the Airport transport to the Hotel as per agreement, (said the driver came but picked other people up instead...!!) was pleasantly surprised with the hotel accommodation upon arrival at 4.30am by taxis.....the steward showed us to our rooms - 1 family room and 1 double room - there was 6 of us altogether including my 77 years old mother. Son asked if we could have both family rooms and yes they changed the room with no problem. Clean rooms and en-suite and the two king size beds...TV on the wall, tea making facilities and efficient room service...ironing of clothes was extra which was ok at 15 rupees per garment. Disappointed that the restaurant was closed for refurbishment, later found out the food we ordered was coming from across the road from there sister hotel Raj. Before checking out we went over to this hotel for our meal which was ok..The Aura hotel provided us with transport to the train station (which was round the corner from hotel but took about 30 mins to get there with the Delhi traffic). We checked out at 4pm instead of 12 noon with no extra cost.,, All in all not a bad experience for a stopover stay before we carried on with our journey to Punjab.

Room Tip: Windows where high up and draped, so no views out

We were a large group of 27 travellng from Sweden, students and teachers. We thought that the hotel was modern and comfortable and good standard for the price (which, like everything else in India is negotiable). The rooms were neat, attractive and comfortable, although you have to wait for a while for hot water in the showers. Other plus sides were cleanliness and good travel service; 6 of my students took a day-trip to Agra to visit the Taj Mahal, and the trip worked smoothly and was pleasurable

On the downside we found the staff fairly poor. Checking in the room-booking was a mess and it took an hour to sort out the right size rooms for everybody. Despite a checkin time of 12.00 my room had not been cleaned at 15.00. At first they also mucked up the electronic keys so that all of our keys worked to every single room in the hotel...
Finally the included breakfast was awful

However despite the above we could still recommend this hotel for its good standard and relatively good location

Room Tip: Rooms at the front of the hotel have good windows, although the street can be noisy. Other rooms wit...

Good hotel. But ask for hotel pick up and drop which is chargeable. if you are taking an early morning flight bargain so that complimentary breakfast cost is not included. Rooms are ok. Rooms and service ok.

I had booked this hotel based on reviews on different travel sites but was little skeptical due to earlier experience in Delhi. However we were in for a pleasant surprise. The hotel is located in Arakasha road, very near to New delhi railway station. In fact that road is an abode of a wide variety of hotels. The rooms of the hotel were very cosy and well furnished. Though there was no window in the room, it did not matter as it was centrally AC and we returned only to sleep. However there were some low noise from adjacent room probably. The bathroom was clean and tidy with good toiletries. There was running hot water throughout. Overall it was a good stay. I cant comment on the food as we chose to explore the nearby areas for that.
