The food , atmosphere , service , experience is just amazing.I went there second time yesterday and was really happy that i did as i was about to cancel my table for the night. Firstly it was an honor to meet Chef Manish Mehrotra in person - such a nice and humble chef i have ever met in my life. He himself came to our table and explained all the dishes we wanted to have and gave us suggestions for vegetarian dishes which really tasted great and can aptly be labelled as fusion food.
Food : We had booked a table for the ongoing Restaurant week program which had a 3-course menu where we had to choose dishes from a fixed menu.I wish i could have everything vegetarian available but then i am happy for what all i had. Their blue cheese naan is an amazing creation , really melts in your mouth and has a great flavor. Everything we had for all the courses were just amazing. Deserts were again out of the world creations ( dhoda tart & palm sugar brulee ).I will surely ask everyone to try those.
If you really want to experiment fusion food then do not miss this restaurant.
What does not look good , then how will it taste good is the theory they follow in delivering food to your table.
Chef Manish has surely marked his name in bold letters in the food world and again it is always an honour to try out his innovative creations. Will surely be back soon to try other vegetarian dishes.
