“Surviving on its name and Location”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

When I booked the hotel I had pretty high expectations from the place. The place is very well located and easy to reach.
The reception was my first point of contact at the hotel and it dropped my expectations to an abysmal low. I will specifically mention about their receptionist Abhay who is one of the worst receptionist I have experienced who seemed to be doing a favor by giving me a room which I was pre booked and paid for.
The man did not have a smile for even a fraction of a second and lacks basic courtesy you expect from a staff of any good hotel. Another guest waiting at the reception too seemed to be facing problems.
The rooms are average, wooden flooring, old setup rooms, small in size.. You can hear a lot of movement from outside and rooms should have better sound proofing.
The bathrooms are small, have amenities but showers leak.

The breakfast is elaborately laid and mainly comprise of Indian food like paranthas, kulchas, puris, bhatooras, etc though you will get breads, eggs, bacon and baked beans as well.. Though it was exactly the same for 2 days of my stay.

The room service is poor, they bothered me for payment even after I had signed the bills for payment at check out. The food at room service is very expensive and you can expect to pay Rs 800 for a sandwich..

Extremely tiny rooms, which is what you get when you check into a supposedly "boutique" hotel. The bathroom could be barely stood in. The room furnishings were adequate, however, though the TV was minuscule. Probably just as well. The food was quite savory, though many of the items were rather obviously recycled. The staff isn't particularly adept, and neither very friendly, so welcome to Delhi! On the plus side, the location is excellent, and commuting to other parts of the city become a breeze. However, for the prices, I would rather step into one of the other hotels in CP.

Room Tip: The best room? I'd have to say - in another hotel :-)

I stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel has reasonably-sized rooms, in a good location. Wifi costs 350 rupees per day but works in the rooms and is very fast. There's an excellent range of options for breakfast. Expensive for dinner but there are cheaper options within 10 minutes walk.

The hotel location is supreme. Next to cannaught place. Room service is good. It is situated in parliament area hence overpriced in terms of services. Small restaurant. No other options for food. Rooms are very very small. Highly inconvenient. If going with family kindly avoid

The location of the hotel is very Royal. But the rooms are very normal and not up to the status of royal. Very closed rooms. Food was ok. Facilities though available are charged:-( No clear policy on rate fixation...........................................................
