This hotel was in our tour package it had large rooms that could do with more lighting very comfortable clean bed adequate hot water and friendly helpful staff. The restraunt food was very reasonable price and tasty and a complimentary breakfast with plenty of choices. I wound recommend this hotel

We stayed only two nights, there was few thinks that made this little poor choice.
Bathroom was very wet all the time, specially after shower. Roof restaurant was unclean, waiters didn't clean tables etc.
On that same street there was many hotels much cheaper than this one, and about same rateing.
Bed was soft and good.

We make our booking from budgetindiaholidays.com for our family, as we went to india for my sisters wedding. we decided to chose this hotel for its location, As it was close from chandani chowk as well as karolbagh and cannaught place. main reason of booking this hotel is that they provide free airport pickup service. we were 11 people booked One family room for 4 one triple room for 3 and 2 double rooms. as we travelled in most of the country hotel provide roleover bed for extra person but here in family room it was proper 2 King size beds with one big LCS TV and Big bathroom. Triple room had 1 King Size and one Single bed in the room.

All the rooms were spacious. breakfast on roof top restaurant is just perfect for a morning start but it was little noisy as it is located in the busy part of delhi, but no complaint as we wanted our kinds to see the real india and want them to feel how the mother land india is.


Pros and Cons of the hotel.

Pros.
1. Located in heart of city. all main markets are close by.
2. Its easy to commute as you can get tuktuk even 2 mid night.
3. Tran station is close by.
4. As this road has approx 100 hotels and full with tourist, this is quite a safe area.( Atleast we felt this way )
5. Hotel provide free airport pickup.
6.HOtel has its own travel desk( it is easy to get services at reasonable price)


Cons.
1. Staff can not speak good english( They speak as good english as good one Britisher speak in hindi )
2. Room Service is slow.
3.Hot water avaiable on demand in Day time ( In Morning 6:11 and in evening 7:12 it is available) rest if you need it inform the reception they will turn on the boiler and you can get hot water in 10 minutes.
4. Restaurant menu is very basic

Still hotel is superb for the kind of price we pay to the hotel..


Pro Cons for the Room
1. Big Clean with window Rooms
2. Big LCD TV with all International Channel like HBO BBC NEWS and ESPN SPORTS.
3. Bathroom is BIG
4.Centrally Air conditioned System is Amazing.


Cons
1. Room on the Front and on Ground floor are noisy
2. Lack of mini bar
3 Bathroom has no separate cubical for shower some time bathroom get filled with water when you take shower.

Staff in hotel are amazing and very helpful it was one of the best hotel i stayed in india so far but still it has room of improvement hope they will improve it and make our next visit more memorable..

This month i visited this hotel and i am very happy to be there ,the staff is very good and they behave very gently with the clients.....its my first time when i visited this hotel and my overall experience with hotel krishna is very good.
