My wife and I stayed at the Red Frog Villas for four amazing night. We were given our oven golf cart to drive around the Nature Reserve . (This was the best part of our Trip). If you are looking for a nice relaxing getaway, look no further than the Red Frog Beach Villas.

We will be back soon.

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon! It was such an incredible experience. We wanted someplace that wasn't very touristy, something remote and quiet. This is the place.

It's on a secluded island, as remote as you can get but still have modern luxuries such as internet and AC. We stayed in one of the villas and we had a spectacular view of the island.

We were there from September 13-21. I had read that it was the rainy season so I was worried that it was going to rain the entire time but I had nothing to worry about! The first day we were there it rained a lot of the day but the following days were beautiful. It wasn't incredibly hot either.

As for activities, there are so many! We went kayaking to a small mangrove one day and snorkeled around it. Another day we snorkeled off of one of the beaches and we also did the Canopy Zipline Tour. IT WAS. AWESOME! Not to mention our tour guides were so fun and we felt very safe!

There weren't a lot of options for dining, BUT you can buy food in Bocas Town and with all the exploring there is to do on the island, you're not going to be too concerned about 5-star meals.

To get around the island you have to rent a golf cart aka a jungle cart. It was so fun.

I can't say enough amazing things about this place. It was the honeymoon of our dreams and we really want to go back one day! We wish we could bring all of our family and friends so that they can have a great experience like we did!

It's worth every penny and then some! Go! Go! Go!!

Room Tip: You can't go wrong with any of the villas. We had a villa at the very top of the island. I don...

I stayed in Villa 13 for my honeymoon and it was amazing. From the Villa to the activities it was one of the best vacations of my life.

We cayaked out to a little mangrove and went snorkeling. We snorkeled on the beach. One of my personal favorites was the tree top canopy tour. The guys who took us were locals. They were hilarious and made it a lot of fun.

You can't beat the experience, especially for the price. I would highly recommend this resort. From the views all over the island and fun activities to the privacy of the villa, it couldn't have been better.

We didn't stay here but just finished the zip lining. I'm scared of heights and the two guys made us feel so safe, but we're also really fun! Such a great experience we'll never forget. A must for anyone in the Boca area. And really affordable too.

I hope I don't gush to much but what a beautiful resort. Myself and some fellow travelers booked a Villa for our stay. The villa was absolutely stunning spacious, very well maintained and had its own private pool. The resort is set in a jungle canopy setting with amenities as follows: 8 miles of white sand beaches, 7 mile Zip line, Marina (there was a 160 ft yacht and a 100 ft yacht when we arrived), two restaurants with one on the beach. Food quality was excellent and they even deliver to your villa. Hiking, horse back riding, yoga on the beach or in the water on paddle boards, fishing was excellent, tons of snorkeling and hiking. They are even putting in a grocery store and an organic farm.

I am looking forward to our return visit as they just started construction of ocean front villas to rent or purchase which are 50 meters off the ocean. I can't wait to stay their next.

Staff was good and accommodating. A little slow at times but no different than anywhere else we traveled in Panama.

Staye here 3 days with my wife after our visit to Panama City. Afterwards went 3 more says to Popa Paradise. Villas at Red Frog are fantastic and much more modern than Popa. Good distance from each other for privacy, lots of space (we had two masters with en-suite bathrooms, an fully equipped kitchen (never used) and large living. Up on the hill views all around are breathtaking.

Jungle carts are a must as both distance and height difference are not walkable (at least not when you are in holiday mode).

Food was decent but basic. They work with third parties in the restaurant. Punta Lava at the beach has a beautiful view on the beach/sea, but service is basic (as in they bring your plate) and food eatable. Kayukos restaurant is excellent... For simple backpackers food. Don't get me wrong, we enjoyed our burger and fries, just don't expect anything special. Much better at Popa.

Tip: visit backpackers halfway Red Frog Beach excellent atmosphere, cocktails and food.

We were fortunate enough to stay at one of the Villa's high on the hill. The views are breath-taking and the seclusion is wonderful. We stayed for eight days and never heard anything but the distant crashing surf and the jungle sounds from the rainforest. It is truly a slice of heaven. The Beach Bars serve meals that are delicious and very reasonably priced. It is hard to choose a favorite, however we seemed to gravitate to Palmar Beach Bar and restaurant. the food is excellent the location is fabulous and the bar is friendly. Punta Lava is also great and there is a new restaurant/bar named the Jungle Lodge behind the tents. Fabulous.
The staff at Red Frog Beach is friendly, efficient and always helpful. Enrique was our favorite, he made sure our stay was fun-filled and was very helpful around the resort. If red Frog Beach Resort is wise they will keep him forever. A great ambassador for the resort!
I would definitely recommend this resort to others.

Room Tip: Pick a Villa at the top of the hill, the views are worth it.
