We ordered the ribeye steak. Don't know what this was but it was not a ribeye. As a partner in a cattle ranch in Texas, we know beef. This was a cut of some creature other than beef, maybe horse???? It was tough, impossible to cut with a steak knife, gristly-- tasteless. If you want to dine on unknown, surprise meat by all means take your chances. Our recommendation? Anywhere but here.
