I hope the hotel is good for the money paid. Breakfast is good and dinner can be improved further.
Reception and billing section should be more realistic and see whether the customer had paid any advances before issue the bill. I think this is due to lack of experience.
The management should provide a small place with a garden hose to wash the windscreen of the vehicles as the environment in Pollonnaruwa is dusty. When we ask for the garden hose to get some water for this purpose it was given reluctantly by the gardner.
