Fabulous service, excellent facilities, great pool, fabulous rooms and tremendous food. Treat yourself to a massage. Use it as a base to visit Sigiriya, Anaradhapura and the Cave temples. The landscaped gardens on the lake are beautiful. Would recommend one day at least where you don't leave the resort.

We were there early December 2004. Rates good, we booked on spec.
