Nice restaurant on the 7th floor of the Heritance Kandalama. Had the Seafood platter w/ seer fish, prawns, calamari served w/ garlic rice and glazed veggies – pretty good, but not as good as the one at St. Andrews. Several people ordered the steak and thought it was pretty good. Heritance Touch Sri Lankan rice and curry w/ 16 sides (curry chicken, fish, veggies, etc.) (1500 rupee, $12) – was also pretty good, but not as good really as the one on the breakfast buffet at Kandalama or St. Andrews. Overall, very few people, just few tables (vast majority go to the buffet); kind of stuffy, slow service; we sat at 8, and didn’t get appetizers until 9; didn’t finish dinner until after 10. We went to the buffet the next night.
