Owner description: The mountain peak of Obla Glava (Round Head), named after its shape resembling a human head, seems to jealously hide another jewel of the nature of Durmitor. At an altitude of 2164m, the Icy Cavern is located. In this cavern winter never stops, and its icy "jewellery" enchants visitors with its brightness throughout the year. The most luxurious "hall" of this cave is 40m long and 20m wide. Water drips from its ceiling creating icy figures which sometimes can become very tall.

“Ice is melting”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed October 10, 2012

It was very nice trip from Zabljak. We took the path through Stary Katun which is quite dificult.

Sight from the cave are great, but ice in the cave itself is melting. It's a pity but it looks that it will not last much longer.
