“Friendly local fare”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 9, 2012

Very friendly place hidden away in a backstreet. You might need GPS on your phone to help your taxi driver locate it! Excellent food.

“Very good but a bit pricy for Ica”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 22, 2012

This is a very good restaurant, which is not easy to find in Ica.
The dishes are mainly Italian influenced with fresh produce and out-of-menu options.
The service is many times slow since there is little staff, besides the owners, and usually they argue in front of clientele. If you are there with a group, or at least with one other person, you probably won't notice it.
There pecan sauce is amazing! And don't forget to go for a brownie with chocolate sauce and ice cream!!

“Internacional food but the chef and owner has a terrible attitude with overprice menu”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed March 17, 2012

Ok the restaurant is far away and it was empty on Saturday. When I check the menu it was international especially the prices. I talked I the chef asking for a recommendation to try something more local or typical as I have been in Peru in many places for one month. She was offended thanks good her husband was close and manage the situation. Overall I felt offended because it can be her house but we r the customers

“Outstandingly delicious”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 16, 2011

Do not be put off by the fact that this restaurant is a little out the way - in fact in the middle of the city but in a residential area - seemed like a converted house. Worth our $2 taxi ride. Once inside the atmosphere is warm & welcoming and the food is to die for. Run by a husband & wife team, the husband is front of house while the wife cooks the food. We ordered from the menu but given our English background and many days on the road we were in urgent need of some FRESH vegetables. Whilst not directly on the menu this was no trouble at all and the selection that arrived with our steaks was perfect. Do not miss the chocolate brownie ice cream desert - good job we weren't counting the calories that night. Outstanding, delicious, fresh, well cooked food all at a reasonable price. Try them!
