We stayed here one night and that was plenty. The customer service was fine, but our room was just okay. If you have the option to request a room with a balcony, take that as opposed to a ground floor room. Our first floor room was very small, the bathroom floor had water coming up through the drain, the bedding seemed a little damp and you could hear everyone walking above you. I've heard that Aguas Calientes is just a stop over place to MP and that's the mind set you should have when staying in a lower end to average place. Otherwise, our stay included free breakfast (which was good). And, as I mentioned in the beginning, the customer service was just fine. I would try a different place if I had another chance to stay in the area.
