Visit this resort in the middle of September. We stay in Tower seaview since we have childrens and old folks. The room can accomodate up to 4 pax with 2 double beds. The hotel room quite nice but the cleanliness is not too ideal..

The resort does not have their own beach and also not located in the centre of the town. If you travel without your own transport, it will be quite inconvenient to you.

If you plan to go to a beach, I suggest you to go to Batu 4 Beachfront, the beach is quite happening. There is a night market (pasar malam) every Sat evening which is just opposite the beachfront. There is a public toilet which comes with the bathroom facility too. But normally it will be long queue for those who wish to take shower.

The swimming pool at the resort is pretty small but it quite nice for the kids.

Room Tip: The tower seaview has 2 double beds which can accomodate up to 4 adults so no need to waste your mon...

Checked in late on Friday night and was assisted with a buggy ride to the seafront room. Weird part was entering into the washroom first which then leads to the room. A small balcony faces the sea and view was great. All washroom and room amenities are fully provided, like the toiletries. Umbrellas and ironing boards all also provided if there's a need. Satellite TV channels are a little limited, and morning breakfast in the restaurant could be pretty challenging during weekend. Overall it's been a good experience.

Room Tip: The closer to the sea, the further away from the main building.

Stayed here for one night for a company trip and stayed in a water chalet. Rooms are very large as mentioned in previous reviews but the furnishings are old, but mostly functional. They also have rooms in the tower building. This is not the Grand Lexis which has a pool in each room. There is no real beach here so beware. You have to walk some distance I was told to a beach. Breakfast was good. Nice spread of local and western and tasted good. Nice looking pool and gym. Nothing exceptional but if I can get a room for under RM250 would be value for money.

Fantastic venue. Great management. Only 2 hours’ drive from KL and Singapore. Value for money. Excellent view. Nice common area. Decent bed, tv and clean bathroom. The room we got was a deluxe spa suit, with an equipped kitchen, laundry, spa, private pool and a clean bathroom. Free WiFi internet with and 24 hours reception service. Late check outs was also available for an extra payment.

Room Tip: Get the romantic package that comes with buffet breakfast and a dinner for couple.

I had booked thru the internet and it turned out that the room price per night was a bargain as compared to walk in rates.

The room is huge as it can accommodate 4 adults. Great for families. We stayed at the tower block and the view from the room was sea facing. ok.. but nothing magnificent.

We had to change rooms initially as the room assigned to us had a very unpleasant smell when the air-conditioning was turned on. Changing rooms were quite efficient.

There were few gltches in the rooms. Safe wasnt working properly and oh.. i wouldnt recommend to use the safe to store your valuables as it can be carried away without much effort at all. The wifi connection was also faulty.. this was rectified soon. The bathroom isn't actually disable friendly as there are a few steps reaching to the shower. can be quite dangerous to kids and old folks if the steps were wet and slippery.

Sad to say that for a family hotel, it lacks a beach and thus no sea recreation.

Breakfast was ok. Not much to complain about except that my mother (on wheelchair) has requested freshly fried noodles from the noodles station just outside the coffeehouse but she waited for more than half an hour for it to arrive. When she asked the server, she was informed that the cook wasnt at the station.

Another thing to be cautious is that be VERY careful of the elevator doors. As they shut mercilessly esp if you're handling infants in strollers or elderly in wheelchairs.

Overall it was ok.. but as i said earlier.. I had higher expectations.

Stay here for a night. Got the room free as it was sponsored while attending a course in this hotel. Room was in the highest level with partial seaview. The room is very huge with wooden parquet floor. But agreed that the interior design is rather weird as written in many other reviews. When you come in through the room entrance , you'll first step into an equally huge bathroom with rather tired looking marble floor. The bathtub on a slightly higher level is the first sight you'll come across. The toilet is just right beside the room entrance. You would have to go through the bathroom to get to the bedroom. There are two beds- one kingsize bed and the other a single bed just beside the window. There is a balcony for you to enjoy the cool sea breeze. Breakfast is ok. Didn't enjoy the hotel facilities but there is a swimming pool and also outdoor activities like beach volleyball and archery. Good for vacation especially family outing.

Room Tip: Book the room in premium tower facing the sea. Probably, Grand Lexis is better
